We understand that life circumstances change, and sometimes beyond our control. If you find yourself in the position of having to surrender your family member, we are sorry, and are here to help.

If you adopted this dog from another rescue or shelter, please check your adoption contract for requirements of return to them as, most reputable rescues do require that their dogs be returned.  If you can't find your adoption contract, please contact them to confirm the agreement.

 

If you are in compliance with any pre-existing contractual requirements, or they don't exist, please click on the link below and complete the Owner Surrender Form.  We will review your surrender form and get back to you within 48 hours if we feel that we can accommodate your dog. At that time, we will schedule an intake / temperament test so that we can evaluate the dog and determine if he/she is a candidate for intake.  

 

While we would love to help every dog in need, Our group is foster only, so room is limited and intakes depend on availability of space.
